Experienced. Certified. Supportive.
I believe that each person has their own story, strengths, and perspectives. I love to learn about your views and pay close attention to what you need from our sessions. My entire focus is on you. There is no judging, only compassion, empathy and understanding, as well as appreciation for the person you are. I want to provide a safe, neutral, confidential and comfortable space for you to explore what is important to you. I am there to help, support, provide tools and resources, and encourage you to reach for your goals.
For couples, I use the Gottman approach, tailored to each couple's specific needs.
